Dr. Caitlin Bone
Dr. Caitlin is originally a Rutland, VT native who left the state for her studies but came back to Addison County to plant roots. She attended the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate studies and Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly New York Chiropractic College, for her doctorate in chiropractic.
In her free time, you can find her weight lifting, hiking or running with her husband, son, Leo, and their two dogs- Lainey and Parker. She still helps coach cheerleading and tumbling skills throughout the state with local middle school and high school cheer teams on occasion.
Dr. Caitlin specializes in perinatal chiropractic care and pelvic dysfunction. She is Webster certified and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Levels 1, 2A and 2B certified.
Dr. Jacob Bone
Dr. Jacob grew up in a small town in Ohio, most around Vermont only know about it if they’re avid hunters. He was salutatorian of his high school class and attended The Ohio State University on a full academic scholarship where he received a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition. He went on to attend Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Jacob is incredibly passionate about overall health, wellness and movement. He was a three-sport athlete in high school, then picked up weightlifting and found a true passion for the gym. He still spends most of his free time lifting weights or hiking with his wife and dogs,
Lainey and Parker. He would love to help teach you how to use movement to mitigate pain in a safe way!

Dr. Erik Pajer-Rogers
Dr. Erik grew up in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. He attended the University of New Hampshire where he majored in cultural anthropology with a minor in race, culture, and power. He then had a career as a professional chef before returning to Northeast College of Health Sciences, formerly New York Chiropractic College, to receive his doctorate in Chiropractic.
With a biomechanical approach to reducing pain and enhancing function, Dr. Erik brings expertise in functional movement, manual therapy, and muscle activation, plus certifications in Sports Science and concussion protocols. In addition to being a lifelong athlete and former professional chef, he’s also an avid outdoorsman, adventurer, and Pittsburgh sports fan.
Anneke Jewett
A born and raised Vermonter, Anneke grew up in Ripton and returned to the area in 2022. She began her massage career in 2020 and quickly discovered her passion for helping people feel their best. Specializing in deep tissue and myofascial work, she focuses on addressing the root cause of muscular tension to help her clients move and live with less pain. She also utilizes instrument assisted soft tissue techniques and cupping.
Cheyenne Capek-Reed
Cheyenne was originally born in Middlebury, VT and grew up in Brandon. She moved away to live in South Carolina for a little while before making the decision to move back to her home state. She is an Otter Valley and Stafford Technical alum, where she excelled in her studies of Medical and Health Centers. She currently lives in Rutland with her fiance, Jake, her daughter, Daisie, and their three cats. She enjoys being outside, hunting, fishing, and the occasional thrill of mudding. Cheyenne comes from a large, blended family and has heavy ties in the surrounding community. Though she is our office Billing and Insurance coordinator, her unofficial title is the office fairy godmother who knows a little bit about everything.
